         I, BRADLEY J. KENNISON, personally handle all design work.  The first step in the process is field measuring and information gathering.  If you have been developing a "Project Folder" with great ideas, if not don't worry I can help utilizing my 25 plus years of experience in design and construction.  I will work closely with you to develop a design that incorporates your desires while at the same time utilizes current NKBA kitchen and bath standards which will assure you of a productive, safe and esthetically pleasing project.  I am a firm believer in creativity and function. We are a design build firm so you have one source of responsibility from design to project completion.  My designs are presented in 11" X 17" perspective view format.  The final presentations include highly detailed quotes with loads of product information.  Every quote package will include a copy of our certificate of insurance showing liability and workers compensation coverage.

         We are interior construction specialists. In the daily course of work we handle, demolition, interior structural modifications and repair, drywall, insulation, cabinet and trim installation, ceramic, porcelain and glass tile installation,and hardwood flooring installations without the use of subcontractors. If rooms we are working oin need exterior door or window replacement we also perform this work. All of this allows better-cost control and scheduling as well as superior quality control.
