Dear BJ,
Well, it has
taken me quite a long time to
write this letter, but I finally
said I must write to BJ to tell
him how much we love our new
kitchen.
I have never
cooked so much in my whole life
since the completion of our new,
bright, airy kitchen. I love the
new large work area!!! I'm so
glad that you were able to fit
it into our plans. It is the
most gorgeous kitchen on our
street.
I guess I've
always been a little skeptical
working with a designer and a
builder, but BJ, you were the
easiest and most pleasant person
in the world to work with. You
are very honest and fair and
always worked with us to stay on
budget, even when I requested a
bookcase in my kitchen. I am
really glad we were able to add
that special area to my kitchen.
I would
highly recommend you to any
family that wants a beautiful
new kitchen. You and your team
always cleaned up after a days
work and gave us a wonderful new
kitchen to enjoy with my family
and our friends.
We wish you
much happiness and a great
future in your business and hope
someday to have you work with us
in our bathrooms.

Dear Brad,
It is hard
to believe that it haws been
nearly two years since you
installed our beautiful kitchen!
I just wanted to drop you a line
and tell you again how much
Jeannine and I love it.
The cherry cabinets just get
more beautiful as they age, just
as you said they would.
Those cabinets are really well
made and the only problems that
we had were over a year after
they were installed. There
was a problem with a couple
doors and the soft close
mechanism on one of the drawers
did not work properly. You
fixed both problems at no cost
to me, that is service that you
do not get often these days and
I want to thank you again for
taking care of us. I would
recommend you to anyone and feel
free to have someone contact me
so I can personally vouch for
your fine work and follow-up
service. We feel that we
made a friend when we did
business with you.

replacement doors have aged and
match the rest of the cabinets
beautifully. That cherry
is sure hard to beat and it goes
well with the dark granite
counter tops.
